 Texas GA Expands Executive Director Search

The Texas Life & Health Insurance Guaranty Association (TLHIGA) is expanding its search for applicants for its Executive Director position. The current TLHIGA Executive Director, Bart Boles, will be retiring on December 31, 2026, after almost 40 years of service to the TLHIGA. Applicants will be considered for either a full-time employee position or as an independent contractor. It is preferred that a candidate will be selected, and the start date will be in the first quarter of 2026; however, the transition period for the successor may be adjusted based on the experience and skill set of the selected individual.
