AIRROC - Association of Insurance & Reinsurance Run-Off Companies (AIRROC) - A global non-profit association of risk bearing entities who are either in run-off, insolvent or have significant books of discontinued lines of business. Membership includes nearly 50 companies who work together on various committees to identify solutions to their common issues associated with run-off. Members meet quarterly including an international commutation and networking event each fall. Access the website to gain further insight, observe current membership and AIRROC contact information.

American Arbitration Association - The AAA aims to resolve a wide range of disputes through mediation, arbitration, elections and other out-of-court settlement procedures.

American Bankruptcy Institute - The ABI is the premier site for bankruptcy information on the Web. The American Bankruptcy Institute is the largest multi-disciplinary, non-partisan organization dedicated to research and education on matters related to insolvency. ABI was founded in 1982 to provide Congress and the public with unbiased analysis of bankruptcy issues.

American Institute for CPCU & Insurance Institute of America - Nonprofit organizations that offer 24 professional education programs to people working in property and liability insurance and risk management.

Association of Insurance & Reinsurance Run-Off Companies (AIRROC) - Association of Insurance & Reinsurance Run-Off Companies (AIRROC) began to take form in early 2004 when a handful of companies with run-off books came together to voice their common concerns associated with run-off and their desire to work together to identify ways to find solutions to their common problems. After several meetings, they had the critical mass to go forward. AIRROC was incorporated 12/14/04.

Bannister International Research Organisation (BIRO) - This London-based organisation undertakes a wide spectrum of international research into insurance companies in run-off, liquidation, those that are placed into Administration or a Scheme of Arrangement. BIRO welcomes contact from all IAIR members.

Charter Property & Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) - The CPCU Society promotes education and professionalism within the insurance industry and awards the CPCU designation to those who successfully complete a specified course of study.

INSOL International - INSOL International is a world-wide federation of national associations for accountants and lawyers who specialise in insolvency. There are currently 26 Member Associations world-wide with over 6000 professionals participating as Members of INSOL International.

Insurance Accounting and Systems Association, Inc. (IASA) - The Insurance Accounting and Systems Association, Inc. (IASA) is a non-profit association, is the world's largest member-company insurance organization, with over 1500 companies embracing all lines of insurance: stock, mutual, Blue Cross/Blue Shield organizations and reciprocal companies. IASA serves health care, life, property-casualty and reinsurance companies. Through cooperative effort, it promotes the study and development of modern practices and procedures applicable to insurance accounting and systems.

Insurance Information Institute - A non-profit communications organization sponsored by the property/casualty insurance industry.

International Actuarial Association - Created to serve as a link between the actuaries and the associations of actuaries worldwide, the IAA is the unique international professional, educational and research organization of actuaries and of actuarial associations.

National Association of Insurance Commisioners - The National Association of Insurance Commisioners is the organization of insurance regulators from the 50 states, the District of Columbia and the four U.S. territories. The NAIC provides a forum for the development of uniform policy when uniformity is appropriate.

National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies - NAMIC prides itself on offering a wide array of products, services available and information available to members, which you'll find reflected within the contents of our home page.

National Conference of Insurance Guaranty Funds - The NCIGF is a nonprofit association incorporated in December 1989 and designed to provide national assistance and support to the property and casualty guaranty funds located in each of the fifty states as well as Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and the District of Columbia.
