Education Committee

The Education Committee plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Association's educational initiatives. Tasked with developing and implementing a comprehensive range of educational programs, the committee works diligently to ensure the content is enriching and aligned with the Association's objectives. In addition to this, the committee collaborates with external organizations to coordinate educational programs, fostering broader industry engagement. This includes selecting and collaborating with program chairs for various events, such as the Issues Forum, Insolvency Workshop, and other seminars. The committee also addresses and resolves issues related to continuing education (CE), continuing legal education (CLE), and continuing professional education (CPE) credits. Moreover, it works closely with program chairs and the Administrator to prepare and manage the budget for these educational endeavors. Regularly updating the Member Services Committee, the Education Committee contributes to the overall advancement of the Association's educational mission and goals.
